Chad has a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychotherapy from
Adler Graduate School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of
Sioux Falls.With more than fifteen years of counseling experience, Chad’s specialty areas include working with families in crisis, parent education regarding teen issues, and family safety planning. He also has a special niche working with high-risk teens and their families. Chad is passionate about his family, faith and his friends. In his spare time, Chad enjoys
playing and following sports, and biking.

Bill Schulenberg, Director of Training and Partnerships
LAMFT (Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist)
Bill has a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Adler Graduate School, and graduated with a double major in Biology and Religion from St. Olaf College. Bill’s specialty is working with teenagers. Formerly a director of a youth outreach center for seven years, Bill really knows how to connect with teens, and leverages his knowledge to help their parents. He is able to gracefully step into a volatile crisis with a calm and reassuring presence. Bill likes to spend time outdoors fishing, hunting and golfing. Contact Bill

Andrea Robideau, Associate Therapist

Andrea has a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychotherapy from
Adler Graduate School. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Communication (with minors in Leadership Studies and Psychology) from Bethel University. Andrea has worked with adolescents for five years, and has two years of counseling experience with families. She especially enjoys working with premarital couples as well as adolescents and their parents. Her spare time activities include exercising, cooking and reading and she is interested in theology, psychology and philosophy. Andrea says, “I am passionate about seeing God working in our world. I enjoy participating with people who create a vision for change in their lives and take steps towards it.” Contact Andrea
Kristine Erickson, Associate Therapist
LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker)
Kristine holds a Masters in Social Work from the University of St. Thomas/College of St. Catherine and a Bachelors degree in Social Work from Luther College. Kristine has eight years of counseling experience and her specialties include working with families and moms in all walks of life. She has a passion for helping families and individuals discover their unique strengths and helping them find hope. Kristine especially enjoys helping moms find renewed joy as they understand their strengths and build confidence in themselves and their parenting. Kristine’s interests include fitness, running, music, scrapbooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Kristine says that “my five years at home with my own children has taught me a great deal and has added to the depth of who I am and who I am becoming.”

Ben has a Master of Arts degree in Adlerian Psychology from the Adler Graduate School and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from North Park University. Ben has more than twelve years of experience working with adolescents and their families as a mentor, coach and therapist. Ben’s specialties include connecting with adolescents in ways that bring about change and understanding, and helping families connect in ways that are meaningful. He has a passion for working with families and adolescents that feel hopeless and discouraged. Ben has been married for six years, he has two children, and enjoys experiencing the outdoors with his family. He also likes mountain biking and cross country skiing.
